I’m not sure how to do this I used the link and spent £20 but I don’t know how/ where to upload the order confirmation. Theres nothing showing in my rewards
Never mind found it. Not sure how to upload the reciept i only have an order confirmation email. It doesn’t have purchase date or anything on it as it says you need?
It’s quite a hassle you have to order via their link or you won’t get it and they ask you for the receipt which you don’t get a receipt when you order online (the only way you can order). I sent them screenshots of the order email but wasn’t good enough so now forwarded them it with all my details on it (address, number etc) which is kind of annoying but hopefully that will be good enough. However the order confirmation does not include all the information they are requesting so I really don’t know what they expect!
