just got 14 day trial to instead of 7 that's stated.. Have had these before for my partner and he loved them 
some one mentioned it that its a kind of confusing purchase as they ask you to pay first and then they refund later. Any one who has tried it can please comment.
I had problems with them to be honest quality was good ....put price up from 9.99 to £11.99 without saying anything ....pair went missing took ages to get them to sort it out still don't know if I've got them or not,so missing a pair started to make them expensive.....one tip I will say is cancel they offer you half price but be quick to cancel or they will be quick to take the £11.99 .....i cancelled completely just recently as you pay in advance and I just received a pair and now they hounding me for another payment which makes no sense

Folks,i must have 20 pairs of these. Before we eventually managed to get them to cancel. Theyre bery nice,at first,but will very quickly fade badly,and lose elasticity. Its in NO way an amazing deal,as 1 pair of these is NEVER EVER "worth £11.99'
also, they charged for 'FREE SOCKS", and absolutely refused to refund me when i asked. So then begun the hassle of actually stopping them continuing to send boxers and charging me for them begun. Trust me, they are no better than many many cheaper boxers. Sizing is also a consideration,as i started with 3XL for a 36 inch waist,which now drown me at size 34. Dont get fished in.its not worth it

So many people have bad experience in cancelling this membership as it was hard for them to cancel
Don’t waste your time the free item never came I was charged £11.99 and now due another payment of £11.99 as they need 1 month notice for cancellation
So many people have problem with them specially in cancelling it I saw so many had to contact bank to cancel it

Don't feel the need to subscribe to underpants, my brother used this company and had loads of hassles, poor quality, missing items ect...
I've heard people have quite a few problems with these getting them to cancel etc 
Unlike the other commenters Ive had 1+ year of monthly underwear and sock deliveries with no problem. The quality is better than Primark but it's not Calvin Klein. Adjust your expectations. This subscription is fun for the designs and matching socks, not particularly the quality. You accrue credit for their own store which you can buy a t-shirt / kit after about a year of collecting points. I've had them pause my subscription before with no problem and they cancelled immediately when I asked.
