Description

Just signed into my non-Prime Amazon account and I found that you can get free delivery on Prime items without actually having Prime.

This is great for people who want to shop with Amazon but are put off by the £20 minimum spend for free delivery (£10 on Books) or the delivery charge!

All you need to do is select a location to collect your item from usually a convenience store, locker or garage from over 13,500+ locations UK wide , add it your address book and when you do your orders, dispatch the item to your chosen collection point and you can pick up at a day and time that suits you.

👨‍🦽 If you are disabled you can even choose to use lower lockers at the checkout as well

Image

Saves waiting in and you get an alert when your package is ready to collect too.

Just check that your item says on the page

Note: This item is eligible for FREE click and collect without a minimum order

That's a great idea, it should stop a lot of the greetin' faces from complaining about delivery charges for non Prime accounts.

I have used this click and collect option a few times and works like a charm. I usually get them to deliver it to the Post Office. Thanks for sharing I hope others find it useful. 👍

Ouch I pay for 2 prime accounts ( me & a separate family one ) https://images.latestdeals.co.uk/c-kL38aDH7j.jpgdefinitely getting rid of one if this is available for free the locker is better than home but presumably also restricted to items that are marked as prime delivery even if you don’t need an account whilst taking about bargains you can get this delivered to a locker for £1 amazing when you think how much a first class stamp is or what that cost to send vis royal mAil ! Royal Mail should have lockers too https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cadbury-Dairy-Milk-Chocolate-Bar/dp/B07HMTBL95

Did you know that you can have another member of your family share your original account, so you would only need to pay for one account and the rest of the family could share the other account.

pato good advice. I have a second account for my small business, and they advertise business prime as an extra paid option, but I wonder if your method works too

I have been using this since I joined this app and started buying a lot of things from Amazon. It's great, as I wouldn't like to pay £4.99 postage for a product that costs £1.50 for example. I thought people know about it, but well done for highlighting it.
