How does the subscription work?

After completing your verification payment, we will send your free set immediately. Once you have received your free set, the reflection period for your subscription begins. Wear, wash, and test the set as much as you like! Within the 14-day reflection period, you can terminate your subscription immediately and you will pay nothing. After these 14 days, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will receive a unique hipster monthly and a matching bralette each season.

When will my monthly items be delivered?

Do you have a notice period?

Upon receiving your free set, you can try it out for 14 days, which is your cooling-off period. If you cancel within this period, you won't be charged, and your subscription will be terminated. After the initial 14 days, we require a one-month notice period for cancellations. If you cancel before the 20th of the month, there will be one more payment and one more delivery.
