National Trust Family Day Pass Promotion (the "Promotion")

This Promotion is organised by Halfords Limited (the "Promoter"), Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch. B98 0DE.

Customers are eligible for a free National Trust Family Day Pass (the "Pass") when purchasing an adult bike, roof box, roof bar or bike rack (the "Qualifying Purchase") in a Halfords store or online at Halfords.com.

The Promotion is live between 16th May 2019 and 5th August 2019 (the "Promotional Period"). Purchases made outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

The Promotion is open to residents of England, Wales and Northern Ireland only.

At the time of a Qualifying Purchase, the participant must provide their email address. For customers in-store, this will additionally result in customers receiving an electronic receipt ("eReceipt") in respect of their purchase.

Qualifying Purchase made in-store or via click & collect: The participant will then receive an application form within 2-7 days in which they must enter their full name, address and postcode. Once this form has been returned, the Pass will be sent via email on the same working day.

This application form must be returned by 31st August 2019.

Qualifying Purchase made online for home/work delivery: The participant will receive the Pass within 2-7 days of Qualifying Purchase.

The Pass entitles 2x Adults (aged 18yrs+) and up to 3x Children aged 5-17yrs entry in to one of the 350 National Trust properties across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Under 5s incur no additional cost.

The Pass cannot be used over Bank Holiday weekends.

Only one Pass is permitted per household.

The Pass must be redeemed at a National Trust property by 30th September 2019.

The Pass is single use and non-transferable. It must be printed out and handed over at the National Trust property at which it is redeemed.

The Pass has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.

Offer is not available in Cycle Republic stores.

All Halfords Group colleagues, friends and family are not eligible for this offer.

By participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotional material.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or Promotional Material.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

Neither the Promoter nor agencies involved in this Promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

The Promoter will only use the data supplied for the administration and auditing of the Promotion and for no other purpose unless we have the participants consent. Data is managed in accordance with prevailing data protection law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. The local courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these terms.
