Gothic 1 Remake for PlayStation 5 is currently on sale for £28.49, reduced from £39.99 — save £11.50 (≈29%). This full remake revisits the original 2001 action‑RPG: a mining colony in the Kingdom of Myrtana where a magical barrier fails and prisoners seize control.
- Platform: PlayStation 5.
- Story: Play as the Nameless Hero, a convicted prisoner navigating faction tensions, hostile inmates and creatures while the kingdom faces an orc threat.
- World: Restored and modernised visuals of the Colony, its secrets and environmental challenges.
- Gameplay: Faithful full remake of Gothic 1 with a modernised combat system that updates the original mechanics for contemporary play.
- Experience: Single‑player focus on exploration, survival and faction-driven interactions rather than multiplayer.
The package targets fans of classic RPGs and newcomers wanting a reconstructed Gothic experience on current-generation hardware, now available at the reduced price.
