What are the delivery options for Halfcost?

They normally delivery within 10 days of placing your order but may take up to 14 working days at busy times.

Postage and Packaging Costs:

• UK and Northern Ireland: £3.99 per order.
• Scottish Offshore Islands and Scottish Mainland (remote aprts): £5.00 per order,
• Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles: £7.50 per order.

How do I return an item to Halfcost?

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging at your own cost. If the goods are incorrect or damaged, they will collect the items free of charge. In all cases a full refund will be processed on receipt of the items back into their warehouse. They process returns as soon as they are received, but during busy times there may be a slight delay.

All personalised items are excluded from their 14 day return period, as is pre-recorded material, software and fragrances where the seal has been broken. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars are also excluded from return. You may only return these items if faulty or damaged.
