Last year we bought this for the same price. It's quite heavy and difficult to use over stairs. I am thinking to change it.
That's price for these. They are really useful for people in flats and apartments although as other commenter says, they are hard work getting upstairs. A really good price though and perfect for student accommodation too.

Great price and will be handy to store at the caravan however wouldn’t hse one gor everyday use! not worth the haste
