So, let me get this right...
It works as a sort of dehumidifier when switched off; and a humidifer when switched on - AND it clears your tubes?
No wonder it looks like a giant lump of earwax!
Haha to be honest I just think they look really pretty when turned on, they have a lovely warm glow and have always caught my eye when I've seen them in spa's.
As for the health benefits it's said that heat from the bulb quickly evaporates the water back into the air, but any toxins that were previously carried in the cycled moisture are left behind, trapped by the salt. Hence why people pop them next to their PC's.. but i think you be better to have a bit of pink salt on your egg in a morning and just see it as a pretty lamp
