The high quality of the salt from which it is made ensures that it is both durable and safe to heat to high temperatures.

Unparalleled Cooking Properties - The unique heat retention properties of the crystal block, combined with its even radiation and its smooth surface make it a highly adapted cooking surface for all sorts of ingredients. The slab is to be pre-heated before use for around 20mins – just the time needed to prepare ingredients for a recipe – once it is up to temperature it retains its heat for an extended period of time.
