A great shopping experience for the music and film lover
In terms of price there is no denying that HMV is very expensive compared to other stores. However, it is also true that in terms of quality and range of products it surpasses other stores. Most of the time if I am looking for a DVD/Boxset if I cannot find it anywhere else I can guarantee I will find it as HMV. My partner has been a loyal supporter of HMV since we met so I have been regularly shopping here for over 13 years. Staff friendliness and speed excels. I have returned products and never had an issue with returns.
I only ever go in HMV to view there Disney stuff and box sets, for instance I have purchased a few nightmare before Christmas items. Also quite a few box sets! They have good deals on and have a good variety of stock, staff are super friendly and go the extra mile.
