Updated Returns Policy
When our stores reopen, you will have 30 days to return items that were bought online or in-store between 16 October 2020 and the dates in late December 2020 when our stores temporarily closed due to government guidance.
If you have items to return that were bought online while our stores were temporarily closed, you will also have 30 days from the date our stores re-open to return these to one of our stores.
If you would like a full refund, you’ll need to provide the original receipt and ensure the products are in their original condition. If you have a gift receipt, you can return your items for an exchange or gift card.
You can also return your purchase to us by post within 28 days of the dispatch of your order. Returns sent by post are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or does not conform to your order.
Important: We can currently only accept certain jewellery returns or exchanges in a store which has a designated jewellery counter. For more information read our full Returns Policy.
