Taking inspiration from the real thing, our Brownie mould was created by our very own chocolatiers to capture that authentic, nibbly texture.
The Brownie - Dense and rich, we’ve used a 50% milk shell to encase the ridiculously smooth caramelised pecan praline filling. High in cocoa to recreate the same feelings of indulgence as the original, we’ve added roasted nibbed pecans for that bit of crunch.
Blondie - The lighter opinion in the form of a white chocolate brownie. A crispy heart of caramel and pecan praline, wrapped in custard-white, mirroring the taste of a creamy and sumptuous créme brûlée.
Salted Caramel Brownie - A dreamy double layer: thick salted butter caramel, complemented by smooth, dense, pecan praline. We’ve used Guérande salt to cut through the natural sweetness of our caramel. The perfect balance between gooey caramel and soft, smooth praline.
Nut Crunch Brownie - A soft blend of hazelnut and almond praline with a satisfying crunch of nibbed almonds, in 40% milk. A winner from our ‘create a chocolate competition’, our chocolatiers found this one a delight to make - “It was so much fun playing with just how many nibbed nuts we could pack in!”
