The secret to how we get our liqueurs so smooth? We took our signature chocolate and velvetised it with vodka and cream, for a cleaner finish than traditional cream liqueurs.

We’re the only chocolatier to run two bars; one in London’s Borough Market and another at our hotel in Saint Lucia. Surrounded by cacao, we started stirring it into cocktails; the nibs, the shells and the resulting creamy chocolate. The results were so good, we bottled them.

At Hotel Chocolat, we directly grow some of our cocoa beans on our very own St Lucian farm. That means we have all the knowledge needed to ensure we don’t lose any of the delicate cocoa notes throughout each stage of production, from bean to bar - or bottle.

As winner of the Best British Cream Liqueur 2019 awards, we think our Chocolate Cream Liqueur is devilishly good - without being biased! Serve neat over ice to enjoy the multi-layered cocoa notes, lightened with cream and warmed with vodka.
