Brilliant, thank you. I've done click and collect, so when I have it, I will claim the £60 back from HP. Very Happy!
Prepare to be setback by the cost of the cartridges £40-60. These printers also have a lock to avoid using compatible cartridges so very expensive to run.
True but at least you dont end up having to chuck the printer away when the heads get blocked.
The cost of those carts to make is £2.57 - Nice markup for HP!
NEVER BUY AN EPSON PRINTER!!!
I tried to understand exactly the T & C's, but my doubts still remain. HP says purchase can be done at the HP store, an authorized reseller or a official reseller. I for example found the OfficeJet Pro 8720 model for £ 124 at another store, and HP is paying a cashback of £ 120 today, or £ 100 until January 31, 2019. Basically you will be buying this model for only £ 4. My question is whether this cashback is only valid for Currys, Argos and HP's official store, or if it is also valid for other stores such as Viking.
sharkalos I don't know, it is confusing line between authorized and official reseller. Another exemple was LaptopsDirect, which was announcing the same HP cashbacks, but in this case for laptops. So if they were offering the cashback from HP to laptops, it means that they are authorized right?
Personally I wouldnt chance it and for a printer that costs a fortune for cartridges it seems a bit of a gamble.
Great offer I’m just really bad at claiming the cash back as I’m sure most of us are lol too much effort
According to Currys/PC World checkout there are no stores (37 stores) within North West
England who offer collection of this printer, therefore not available!!
My colleague done this, you have to sign up to HP ink subscription after 14days, so I guess you have to link the printer to that subscription first. I don't know how much it is our fit how long though. But they get you in the end.
