I would be very surprised if you can find this 50ml on eBay from a reputable seller for less than £20.36 delivered.

Remember if you buy perfume direct from Amazon itself (not 'Other Sellers), it isn't fake, it isn't old stock, it is well packaged, it is free delivery (over £20), it will arrive quickly, and it can be delivered with a free gift message if you want to include one.

Please add a link if you know of a better deal than that.

Johnny Be surprised then...

You wanted proof here it is.

This is £22.19 for 90ml, yes I said 90ml!

This is a far better deal than your 50ml.

Established and trusted seller.

As for Amazon and no fake versions of this perfume on there..plenty of reviews to say otherwise.

Beauty Magasin has just 10 reviews on TrustPilot, 3 of them very bad.

Established and trusted sellers such as Fragrance Direct and AllBeauty have tens of thousands of TrustPilot reviews.

As I said, Amazon itself does not sell fake perfume. It uses the same suppliers as Boots, Superdrug and House of Fraser. The key thing to look out for is that the product you are buying is "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon". (Like this deal).

Frankly, buying perfume on eBay from small sellers is very risky - especially if it's unusually cheap. They'll almost always be a reason why it's cheaper than normal, but the eBay seller will keep that reason well hidden.

If the deal is too good to be true, it probably is.

Johnny Did you not also check their Ebay profile out where you could see any positives and negatives?

Small seller?

I think you will find the majority of sellers will always get a few bad reviews on Trustpilot for different reasons.

Look at Amazon for instance, by your reckoning a totally trustworthy seller yet they get loads of negative reviews as well.

As you will be aware, some people are justified in their reviewing whilst others do it out of malice or pettiness.

The 10 reviews you have pointed out and the 3 bad ones cannot possibly compare to the actual Ebay ratings and feedback.

I get you want to justify and plug your post but at the end of the day I found a better deal, it happens. Stop trying to find fault with mine to make your own look better.

Sayitasitis Yes, a small seller with only one Director. Here's the Beauty Magasin registered office:

Don't let me stop you, but I wouldn't buy - or recommend buying - perfume on eBay unless it was from an established and reputable seller. I would also expect the eBay seller to clearly explain in the product listing why their price is considerably cheaper than at mainstream retailers who have much greater buying power. If there's no credible explanation I wouldn't touch it.

On eBay Beauty Magasin claim "Beauty Magasin is one of the leading wholesalers of health and beauty products, OTC products, perfumes, vitamins and sexual health products."

That doesn't ring true with just 10 Trustpilot reviews (in 8 years) , nor with their Annual Accounts filed at Companies House.

Of course their perfume maybe totally fine....

It was just one example of a deal that was cheaper than yours...

I've bought perfume off Ebay, this very perfume infact.

I asked questions before purchasing.

I received the item and performed the necessary checks to make sure it was legit.

Therefore you can buy genuine perfume off Ebay at a cheap price.

I notice you haven't addressed their feedback and the fact they have more positives than negatives...
