I advised anyone thinking of ordering from this company to think twice. My order from 30 Nov has not been delivered, they are Christmas gifts for loved one. When I contacted them a week ago to request cancellation and refund, I was told they can't because it's in dispatch mode. When I looked on their website just now its still showing as processing. I will direct anyone who dispute my experience to check online for reviews about the company.
