nina090976 what I do is use the shampoo frist which is called go blonder then after after i washed my hair I put on the lemon miracle on and leave for 5mins then I wash it out then I use the conditioner on the ends of my hair. Then wash it out. Then when my hair is still wet I put on the lightening spray. I just do it at the to of the head wear your roots are. I use miracle and the spray twice a week. It will take time. But it will lighten. You can get shampoo , conditioner and lightening spray on Amazon. I've been doing mine for 2 years and it's made my hair so much better thick and strong. nina090976 the lightening spray contains hydrogen peroxide (bleach). Using the spray twice a week would definitely damage your hair over time
