I just looked again and it looks like you inflate each letter yourself with a little straw thingy they provide, not exactly 'self inflating' but still a good price!
annacat they’re really easy to do once you get the hang of them, and you can top them up quite easily too. The only thing is the instructions were totally useless as they were translated into terrible English and didn’t make sense at all. But once I figured out what I was doing it was easy enough

got it unstuck by picking it out with a knife , the colour you pick at this price is the black colour or the price goes up .
Ah sorry, I always fall for this on ebay. The black one's aren't particularly festive, are they? I reckon surrounded by multi coloured balloons they might still look quite cool.
These are fab. Bought them for my daughter's birthday. Very easy to inflate as you get a straw and insert it into each letter, takes seconds and then you put them on the string it comes with. I had to do it a few times as I kept spelling it wrong.
