Thank you for sharing OP this is a great price for this. The last time I did a switcheroo was with three, but now I can't get a free SIM from theee. Any ideas?
AJ18 Ty for the info, every now and then sites will say £1 sim but if you managed to click the correct area it still used to be free, without delivery.
I had a quick but RWG Mobile still has free sims I think, though I've can't see if it needs delivery payment without filling in info. But three would be more reliable.
tonygch96 transfer over to Lebara only took 2 days for my phone number to transfer to Lebara. Best thing I've done to be honest been with them about 2yrs no complaints whatsoever
I recently changed over to Lebara. Kept my old number from O2 and the move was seamless. I'm looking to get a bigger data bundle as will be travelling abroad, does anyone know if I do this with Lebara as I'm already a customer, or does this deal only applies to new customer? Thanking you.
SassyBee001 You can do it but not directly. You need to do a "port dance" which involves porting to Three (using one of their free SIM cards) and then porting back to Lebara on the new plan. Search for "Lebara port dance" online. Any problems, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.
SassyBee001 Hi, I’m also on O2 and looking to switch to Lebara/Lyca. How’d you go about closing your O2 account and switching? Did you just port out directly?
kun I've been with O2 for forever and the coverage was just getting ridiculous, no signals and getting costly. If you have an O2 app, there's a section there you can close your account. I can't believe how easy it was to switch over tbh, but would advise you find the right bundle to start with, once you pay, download the app, sim card arrived within a couple of days. Once you have your Lebara set up, close your O2 and switch over. I kept my old number, there's an option for this too, within mins you get the PAC code from O2. I got the option to choose the day to switch over and kept my old number. Turn phone off once completed and you're set. Lebara app allows you to see your usage and so on. Must preferred this. My daughter switched to Lebara from EE and saved her around £30 a month. Hope this helps.
Lebara do some great no contract sim only deals and their costomer service is excellent. I like that they dont put their prices up every year too. Would recommend going on lebara if the network is strong in your area. Thanks for sharing
littlehey88 unfortunately not ! - I asked the same question to customer service and they said that the system won't allow it online and that they can't do it themselves.... Maybe if you tell them you're thinking of leaving, they may give you the deal - don't know, not tried it myself
SuzanneFoster Lebara piggy back off the Vodafone network so it’s really good . Changed from Vodafone recently and no problems whatsoever.
Osman0007 well let's face it they do have to earn money think yourself lucky you benefited for a few months

Lebara and Lyca have had some very good deals. I got myself a deal for 1 penny a month for the first six months when it was posted on here . I was really happy with the deal and the service. Even after 6 months when the price went up to the usual price, it was still cheaper than what I was paying before. Thanks for sharing
This is a very good deal from.lebara this is a very good network with good packages, thanks for sharing
I followed this deal through, received sim, tried to make a call and had a recorded voice, you have no availablecredit. Please top up...
Registered the sim in the app and no plan is attached and I am being asked to buy one?
Wayneywoo69 please try this
Why isn’t my SIM card working?
If you have a smartphone, your SIM will activate once you put it in your phone and switch it on. If you have a feature phone, dial 5588, and your SIM card will be activated when you hear the automated voice.
If you are having problems using your SIM, check a few simple things to resolve the issue.
Failing that please chat with them or contact them here >> https://www.lebara.co.uk/en/help/contact-us.html
Thank you
