Local Standard Shipping
They have warehouses in Europe, but unfortunately they do not carry all of their products. If an item can be shipped from one of these warehouses, it will say so on the product page above the "Add-To-Cart" button. Additionally, whenever they can use their European warehouses to fulfill an order, it will display Local Standard Shipping on the checkout page.
Delivery Time
Calculating when your order will arrive is easy! You can calculate a delivery estimate by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen. Let's say you order a faucet. To calculate when to expect it, you would go to the faucet's product detail page and find the "Processing Time" estimate. You would then add this estimate to the "Shipping Time" estimate for your chosen shipping method to get the total time until your order arrives.
Many items are marked "Ships in 24hrs", meaning that those items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Therefore, the Processing Time for these items will be less than 1 business day.
Shipping Costs
You can estimate your shipping costs at any time by clicking on the shopping cart logo and then proceeding to “Estimate Shipping Costs”. They will give you an estimate of how much shipping will cost for each of their different shipping methods. Please note, this is only an estimate and actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

European customers can return their products to our European warehouse by contacting their Customer Service to process the return. Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
For Made-To-Order clothing, if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. For customized wedding dresses a free lifetime alteration service is available. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
