marie009 I had a message saying they were delivering this Today so I waited in only for them to change the delivery time about 4 times cut a long story short the Delivery Driver stopped outside and I waited and waited he didn’t knock so I checked it hadn’t been left in the garden no parcel and no Driver 
so I checked the tracking again because I needed to get to the shop for electric and Milk, tracking said he was outside once again I went out and once again he had driven Off, he eventually pulled up again got out of his van and walked up the street to the Flats eventually he walked back so I said excuse me do you have my parcel because I need to get to the Shop he said maybe he did and maybe he didn’t 
he went to his van and again walked off, I said excuse me can I have my parcel please, he got in his van and left Then he updated Amazon saying he Handed the parcel to me at 6:15 pm it took me an hour to get customer service and they kept saying that it was delivered I said it was Not, so they had to re order again and then when I checked the update on the first order it said Order Refused and Returned by me seems Amazon Drivers Can Do what they Like including lie and say order was handed to me. Thank goodness my neighbour was in his Garden as witness or god knows how I would prove he never handed me anything, now have to wait until October for New Delivery
I got an order update saying it's being delivered tomorrow, now I have to hide it for longer
