They conveniently Take out Major Countries like India etc from the International Minutes and make the offer look exceptionally good, poor show ! I dont recommend taking a sim card with them as they are not truthful and keep making up stories when you try and contact customer services, totally uacceptable !

Shocking customer service. Unprofessional, untrained and the only answer you will get, * Am sorry for your inconvenience * I requested a number port to lyca, and they ported my number and disconnected it. A number I have for 20 years. Call them every day to get my number back as is my all life on it and they said my number is successfully transferred but if you call my number it doesn't exist. They no longer use the O2 network; they've switched to the Three network (with very little warning/notification to their customers). I get a good 02 signal at home, but a very poor Three signal, so this has been very disappointing for me. At least there isn't a long contract involved in these deals.
