Dining
Guests come to Lympstone Manor for the Michelin-starred dining experience alone. With dining areas set across the ornate rooms of a Georgian mansion, Michael Caines MBE presents a fantastic menu of modern British cuisine. Fresh and seasonal ingredients are poured into the dishes, creating an innovative fusion of flavours that are presented to absolute perfection. All this is expertly complemented by an excellent wine selection, that holds over 600 bins, many of which are produced from the hotel's own on-site vineyard.
Afternoon tea can be enjoyed in one of the stunning lounges or al fresco overlooking the estuary, and if you’ve a passion for wine, why not join a tasting session or two?

Lympstone Manor overlooks the Exe Estuary in Exmouth, Devon. It’s just a 10-minute drive from Exmouth itself, and a 15-minute drive from the pretty, waterside town of Topsham.
