Hi, So I tried a few things over the weekend using this mini chopper and have to say that I'm impressed wasn't expecting it to be that good. The 3 blades are really good and very sharp (handle with care) tomatoes came out pureed, onions, garlic, ginger, coriander, carrots came out chopped small. I don't see there being any issues with meat, nuts & fruit either. It is small but sufficient best not to jam pack the tub with ingredients. I noticed a you tube video which basically sums up this chopper, here's the link it'll give you much better idea, the first chopper reviewed in the video is near identical to the one bought, hope this helps. mp34575
