From the product feedback, it seems this is NOT using satellite GPS tracking at all, but just triangulation from GPRS phone masts giving an accuracy/error of half a Kilometre {500m} - NOT VERY USEFUL
...and remember you've got to pay the monthly data fees on the sim card you will need to buy
