A lot of them are probably just the same games. This isn't an official product but a bootleg so if you're okay with that, might as well just download the emulator and roms on to a PC/Phone/Tablet. Saves you £16.77.

Can the games be changed by connecting it to the PC? For £6 I'm willing to give it a chance. The "white" version reminds me of Game Boy.
I get the impression it's built like an Android phone, but with physical buttons and limited to 8bit games.
Rockman don't believe there is an external connection but most of these types of units are based/use Pi micro boards and I'd bet the you could open it up and flash the Rom or get access to memory to update or load more games, though debatable whether it would be worth the effort for this little £6 unit. I Believe there is a more expensive and better quality unit called the RG350(retro game) or something like that which is a lot higher quality and built to allow customisation with more emulators and games. Search YouTube and you should find some details quite easy.
