This is obviously a mistake as marketplace sellers are charging £12+ for the same thing (as it should be). So, either a mistake in the price, or in the quantity.

decanay How long after a preorder purchase can you cancel? Would you wait until after the waters are delivered?
LaurenGlet Yes, I don't tend to do this myself, but that's what a lot of others do. Can wait as long as you like, just don't cancel before you receive the water, and don't forget afterwards lol
decanay What about after the waters are 'dispached'? I was silly and should have ordered more than 1 lot in an order... so need to make another order!

I received my first order just now and received just 1 bottle. I rang amazon and at first they said that it was just 500ml that I was ordering, but then they went through it and apologised and said that actually it was meant to be pack of 24, but because they are now out of stock it had to be refunded, so I asked about my other order being delivered today whether they will be packs of 24 or just single bottles and was told they should be packs of 24 however if they are single bottles then they will be refunded.
Were the others single or multi-pack when they turned up? Mine were all singles, but hey, free water so can't complain too much 
decanay Mine were all single bottles, so they refunded me, but as you say... free bottles... although my fridge is currently stocked FULL of water haha! :')
