I eat oats every day but won't drink oat milk as very less protein in it compared to Soya milk or Cows milk . Oats has own advantage of soluble fibre but fails as milk due to lack of protein. Make sure you eat enough protein if you buy this as this is not complete milk. Especially important for Vegans to get enough protein. ❤️ Added.

Yes that is true no protein worth mentioning but easy to get enough protein from other sources, I found soya was upsetting to my stomach personally, but give all the many kinds of plant milk a try and see which suits you
