good idea, only things local to myself and for about 100 miles are the free outdoor exercise playgrounds / gyms that are FREE anyway
you'll have to type in your postcode and see what gyms have signed up to the movegb scheme, and if your local gym is on the list then you should be able to go as much as you want for that £1 a week. check the terms though just to confirm 
No the £1 just allows you to be a member, you need to pay monthly subscriptions depending on which gym you choose and what activities, can be quite expensive. The £1 figure is very misleading and a device to get you to sign up.
If you then want to cancel they will only offer you credit.
