This is a basic steel fully rigid mountain bike. The frames and forks are very strong although a little heavy and they are ideal for cheap e-bike conversions using kits and batteries from ebay. The lack of suspension makes them much more reliable and long lasting than many bikes at this price point.

Not suggesting these are the best ebay parts to buy but make sure you use a EU/UK based supplier to avoid customs tax and fees. Also note connecting the power cable of the battery mount to the controller may require soldering or some sort of socket conversion or crimping. Only basic DIY stuff but may not be plug and play. Make sure the battery matches or exceeds the current requirements of the motor, i.e. if motor needs a 36V battery of at least 12A then a 10A battery would not be suitable but a 15A would. If the battery can't provide the current demands it will likely shut off at times i.e. when going up steeper hills especially on the greatest assistance level.
