They aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. In the event of non-delivery, allow 21 days before contacting them and 28 days for International customers. Postal regulations mean that unfortunately they cannot follow up on missing items before that time. UK Delivery normally takes no more than 3 to 5 working days and all prices include standard delivery charges.
International delivery charge is £1.95 for the first 3 items, £1.00 for each additional item. Delivery normally takes 7 to 10 working days. Please note that weight restrictions may apply to International orders.

They will exchange or refund any items as long as they are returned within 14 days of the date of delivery. To do this email their customer service team at support@mymemory.com. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help them improve the service they offer to customers in the future.
After 14 days they reserve the right to refuse opened and unwanted goods. If after this period they accept opened and unwanted goods, they may charge a discretionary minimum fee of £2.49 to cover postage and packing costs that MyMemory incur to deliver this service.

Be sure to include your order number so they can identify your order. For items over the value of £50 send goods by Royal Mail Signed For post. Retain proof of postage when returning items. Unfortunately they cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
