The Co-op Food’s meal deal is always a favourite with savvy shoppers, and it gives a cheap, quick frozen meal when you’re in a rush, or you fancy a treat.
If you bought all five of the frozen foods separately it would cost you £12.55 so you’re saving £7.55 on this bargain £5 takeaway deal!

Annoying for me as not into those fab lollies. 2 out of 3 coop deals are spoilt for me by one item. I do check the deal instore though as occasionally they are out of stock of one item which occasionally is the item I don't like and have replaced it with something I like.
Love these Co-op deals, stretch the pennies and pounds out if you have a big family to feed.
Always quality food everytime
Another brilliant deal from the coop, still can’t believe that’s all for £5, well done coop and thank you for sharing
I absolutely love the co-op deal! We quite often get it as its such a great deal! Thins one looks great to!!
Great deal was planing on going g to co op today but ended up going to Iceland to customise
Love a coop meal deal. They are always amazing price. Thats for showing us what it is this month
Got mine yesterday. Also the £5 fridge deal 2 pizzas and a Ben & Jerry’s tub of ice cream
Oh I thought it was the 2 pizzas and the Ben and Jerry's this month.. OK this will work too. Ty.
Yes get a Co-op card you get money off your shopping or you can donate it to the chosen local charity.
When there are deals on there the best, the other day I got 8 best quarter pound beef burgers and 12 bottles of holsten pills ,only cost me £2 .50p because I had money on my card, it should have been 8 bottles but the manager told me they had run out of 4s so I was told they had the 6 bottles , so it was a great deal.No extra charge
Our local co-op is just reopening after a revamp so I am hoping they will now stock the meal deal.
The deals are decent for those on a low budget but the thing that irks me is the "saving" . No way is there £7.55 saved in buying these for £5. Everything in that deal is cheaper elsewhere by a good 20-30% So the Co-op really ought to be outright and truthful about their deals and exactly how much we are truly saving.
fish cakes £1.10 in Sainsbury's - more breadcrumbs and potato than there is Cod!
Fish fillets £2.20 in ASDA - These are Pollack, the cheapest of the cheapest fish!
Fab lollies £1.50 Tesco
Chips £1.50 Iceland
Peas £1.00 Sainsbury's
So at £7.30 for that lot normally you're saving £2.30 NOT £7.55!!!
They do a lot for the local community, and yes you can get some items cheaper else were but I stand by the quality and meal deals.
Every year I get a letter from them asking which local charity or community service I would like to vote for.
Then they donate money to two chosen local community services.
So give the CO- OP a break
