Are you already registered? I've not applied for it myself as I rarely shop with Next so can't really help but it could be worth contacting Next if you're having a problem

Hey LucyBestBargain I've fixed this with an ugly workaround - linked to a different page on Next which also contains some info about the unlimited delivery service 
This should still track etc.
