The Nike Flex Women's Trainers are lightweight and very cosy and comfortable. They have full-length cushioning, and it moulds your feet absorbing and shock or pressure. The upper is material, keeping your feet cool and breathable and refreshed, absorbing any moisture or wik. I have these in a silver and white. In this design, you have a choice of several colours. There is a lace closure and padding around the ankle. The sole is rubber and great for indoor and outdoor activities with a solid grip. The sizes are true to the sizing chart.
