Always tempted to buy a Nintendo switch and in black will check if it's worth buying thanks

So annoying these are less than 300 pounds in Japan and games like Mario Kart are about 50 pounds there. That feels about what the console is worth all things considered. If you are using it as a portable the worst battery runtime I've seen reported was 1 hour 20 minutes and that was with Cyberpunk, full brightness and with downloads in the background I think plus the battery saver feature which only charges the battery to 90% to extend its lifespan. It feels like you are going to need a powerbank with this console. The OLED original Switch seems get many hours of battery runtime and is a fully usable portable device. I'm guessing because it has a lower wattage draw maybe it doesn't actually need a battery saver feature on the original OLED switch. Battery saver features are often used on devices that draw higher amounts of current which shortens the life of the battery compared to low current devices. High current means the battery gets hotter and ages faster but by only charging to 90% you protect the battery more to extend the lifespan.
