Don't get conned by this - It's a toy camera. Check out the review on this, which is the same 'camera'.

"The fisher price camera for kids is constructed better than this. All plastic like a kids cheap toy and not put together properly. Can't believe anyone is proud to produce and sell this product. I couldn't have imagined paying regular price of $299.99. It doesn't even deserve a rating"
doct I agree. Please just get yourself a second hand Canon or Nikon for this price. You’ll get much better results.
Echo #doct . This looks like a poor buy - the price range will get a much better new compact camera or second hand SLR
Seems to be a lot of over priced junk popping all over the site with a lot of fake reviews. Who is going to write two paragraphs of something that we all know is pure *****
Too right. It's getting the site a really bad name. HUKD has a voting systen that gets rid of the rubbish - this should too if it's to survive.
CEX do lots of fantastic cameras from as little as £5 s/hand with £2 postage on top. They were made to sell for £80-200 5 to 10 years ago but nowadays people just use their phones. So you can buy a decent compact camera and experiment with taking pictures for a tiny amount of money.
Here's one for £12 plus postage that was originally over £300 about 10 years ago.
CC120 The one I posted above was actually in stock at the time I posted but someone has nabbed it. Here is another. It's a great camera with lots of very good features to explore photography and a good optical zoom. A sort of half way house between a simple point and shoot compact camera and a more advanced camera with many more features.
CC120 C grade means its fully working and guaranteed and ready to use but like most cameras you have to provide your own memory card which will be an SD card (full size). As C grade you may not get all the accessories. I would expect you would get the camera, battery and charger unit and thats it. You will need a SD card reader to transfer files across to your computer. Laptops often have them built in but for a desktop computer it could be an additional purchase. Poundland typically do them at a £1.
BonzoBanana Thank you again. Would the following SD be suitable:
If so, I will buy it the same time as I buy the recommended camera.
PS Could you also recommend a good polaroid?
BonzoBanana Will this do as SC card for the camera you recommended which is luckily still in stock: https://uk.webuy.com/product-detail/?categoryName=secure-digital-%28sd%29&id=smemsd22&referredFrom=category&superCatName=electronics&title=secure-digital-%28sd%29-16-gb
Really good price for a camera and would be good for me as I really want to get into photography
This is a toy camera. It wouldn't help you at all. Far too much junk on this website because there's still now downvoting system to get rid of it.
Don't waist your money on this. much better to spend your money on a second hand decent camera. some great ones out there. This is just a piece of moulded plastic with a very poor quality chip in it and terrible plastic lens. Any smart phone would blow this out of the water on quality.
I've just realised looking at the camera at the top that the 16x is digital zoom not optical so there is absolutely no design reason to have that extended length from the camera body its all a complete con. They could have had the lense flush with the camera body. What a total joke of a camera. I guess its just meant to be a toy camera in reality and look like a more serious camera. Anyone over about 9 years old using this camera is going to look a bit ridiculous.
