Just a word of warning on this... I’ve signed up to the offer and am having issues with everything except paying the bill they’ve already sent me, despite the actual sim not having arrived. As well as no sim, I can’t access the free Disney+, my number hasn’t ported over (probably a good thing since I don’t have the sim, but it means my current provider has charged me for another month) I can’t access any of myO2 (except the part where I can pay the bill) and due to COVID19 the customer services are (understandably) really busy. You can’t talk to anyone over the phone about it because it’s not a priority (probably rightly so but still frustrating) and due to the virus situation there’s been no answer to contact made on their forum and their social media channels.

It does look like a great offer, this is just a friendly note for potential buyers to bear in mind that at the current time - given the situation with the virus - if anything goes wrong with the transfer you’re on your own!

Wish I’d thought it through in that regard before buying so figured I’d leave a note for anyone else
