These are excellent for shoe and boot storage.

I have a couple of floor to ceiling models and love that they hide all the untidy shoes completely away.

These have the advantage of being able to be sat upon, as mentioned above, which makes so much sense.

Anyone with a tangled heap of trotter covers needs one (or more) of these in their lives.

Also good for dampening down the grim aroma of sweaty trainers, l would imagine......
