Ordered on 8th of october. Have emailed twice asking if they have e.t.a ...... no reply and no backpack as of yet
put for a txt message to say when order is shipped but nothing

I have ordered two of these.
i emailed them as had heard nothing about them being shipped etc and they replied. They sent me the reply email on the 19th November. Still haven’t received the bags though, really hope this isn’t a con! 
Obviously a holding rep!y so we didn't kick off and ruin their con trick in the run up to xmas
I ordered 2 on the 8/10 not received them and tbh I’ve read reviews and think it’s a total scam. Im going to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back (worth a try) but doesn’t look like they are going to be coming. I’ve sent 5+ emails with NO reply.

I ordered one on 19 October then got email on 19 November saying production issues but guaranteed delivery ib time for christmas but still no sign of bag or any communication from them
I placed my order about 4 months ago. And have not received nothing. Says there is an issue with my delivery and will be processed soon. Joke.
