All other sources quote the price as £1. The "get deal" tab (to get further details) does not work.
I have just tried the get deal tab & has worked fine for me. I haven't seen this Philly in any of the other 3 supermarkets website
Billie You don't have to go to other supermarkets websites to see that it is on sale at Asda for £1 - I was trying to work out why with this "DEAL" it was 80% more. Here's just one of numerous sites that says it's £1. https://www.prima.co.uk/all-recipes/food-news/a27097318/asda-milka-chocolate-philadelphia/
£1.80 for 150g of either chocolate or cheese - seems a little excessive to me.
You can get 150g of soft cheese AND 150g of chocolate for under £1 at Aldi
davidstockport sorry if I sounded like i was having a dig. It's just that I was confused by how u found it cheaper when I couldn't. Sorry once again
Billie No need to apologise I didn't even think you were having a dig - it was a fair comment. For some reason that "get deal" tab still doesn't work for me. I was trying to see if perhaps it was a different size because as said £1.80 for 150g does seem very expensive. (200g of soft cream cheese is 49p at Aldi) and I was basing my evaluation on that. 400g of powdered drinking chocolate is 95p. I'll try mixing some later
davidstockport lol. I can only dream of having any kind of sugary snacks now cause of my condition
Billie A few minutes later - Just made some it tastes lovely. I'll be making more. I reckon it will taste good on toast.
Billie It would make a good dessert - I was surprised how the cheese taste was almost eliminated by the chocolate taste - it tasted like chocolate mousse.
I'd never have thought chocolate and cheese could combine so well.
When I tell people about putting marmalade on gammon they don't believe how good it is until they taste it.
davidstockport i would of given marmalade with gammon a try but can't stand the taste of gammon lol
Wow I do like this . I have had it before. Great find and a brilliant price. Thank you for sharing this offer today
Wow will definitely be on my shopping list as love making my own cheesecake, perfect thanks guys
Hmmmm, never tried this and I don't know how good this would taste lol... worth a try at that price though
I don't know how I feel about this. Individually, I love them both. But together? I have to try it, but...?!
