Once we have accepted your subscription order and for each month your subscription is successfully renewed, you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been successful and shortly after, an email containing your QR code (which will update monthly and can also be found on your Pret Account). Your subscription starts on the day we send your QR code and it's your responsibility to check your email for this, including, if necessary, your spam folder. Once you have your QR code, you can use your subscription straight away. You can use your QR code provided in the email we send or on your Pret Account, or alternatively, we will endeavour to ensure that you can add the QR code to your Apple Wallet or to Google Pay (but you should note that this may be dependent on your device's operating system and could be subject to other terms and conditions issued by Google or Apple from time to time). In order to redeem your subscription against an Eligible Product (as defined in clause 4.1.1 below), you will need to either (i) present your QR code at a scanner in our shops; or (ii) log in to your Pret Account, where your coffee subscription will be automatically applied at the online checkout when using our click and collect service online. The QR codes can only be used in Participating Shops and cannot be redeemed online. We cannot provide any Eligible Products without a valid subscription QR code.
