No....seeds will be bulbs after years, they grow....but they will have no flowers for years....
I don't know about the seeds (as I have never heard of tulip seeds before), but if you plant them at the same time you would plant bulbs, then that would be in the autumn.
RegularComper90 thanks for the reply... I normally put bulbs in the soil just before spring. Cant be bothered to do all the hard work in autumn and then wait for 6 months. hahaha.

Please note, rainbow tulips are fake, and can only be achieved through watering white tulips with coloured water. Order seeds of a particular colour and don't expect rainbow flowers.
does not matter, these are seeds.......how many years it takes them to bloom??? we talking about years in here...Tiny seed need to become a right size of bulb..small bulbs usually bring flowers after 2 to 3 years, so I do not want to imagine how long it will take to get those flowers on the picture....Seeds coming from China, so who know what will grow from them.
Didn't know there was such a thing as tulip seeds; always thought they only came in bulbs. But thanks anyway, great find.
Great thanks ordered the rainbow ones and the purple and white ones. Have been trying to make our garden a bit prettier lol so these will be lovely
A bit late for me to expect to see them bloom, I'll be 'down-under' by then, and I don't mean Australia!
wow didnt know u could get seed in tulips ... my favourite flour and one of my favourite colour one ... yellow or white one are beautiful ... keep your roses and tulips all the way x
I thought that as well but after googling I thought id give it a go . cheap eough to see if it works or not . more likely not in my case. as I have no green fingers
If you have a cat you might want to think again. Tulips can kill cats. here's a link to page containing other plants that aren't kitty friendly. https://www.vets-now.com/2017/03/spring-plants-warnings-cat-owners/
