TamzinMelissa Because the fire stick was £39.99 then £19.99 for Prime Day plus the £10 credit so takes £30 off making the fire stick £9.99 after both promotions
I still haven't had mine added, that's what I was trying to do. The live chat is closed now so emailed them and hopefully sorted before deal finishes

You don't get a voucher, its show in your basket when you go to buy something sold by Amazon so for example, add a firestick and you'll see they take £10 off. Its promotional credit so you can only buy things from Amazon and sold by Amazon with it hope that helps?
I signed up earlier but don't have the promotional credit. Tried going through to checkout with an echo dot.

I think this only works on items sold by Amazon uk not 3rd party on items over £10 I brought a play doh dino was £11.99 got for £1.99 thank you
