They don't appear to list the actual resolution which isn't great... Looking at the details this is an LC450, which seems to have been previously available here : https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0987TYF7D
As you can see, it's a pretty poor 854 X 480... FAR below 1080p which it says it's 'supported' (which in this case send to just mean that's what you can input, the output is much lower)
If that's the case then at £40 I'd consider it to be cheap tech which might be good enough for kids to watch low quality cartoons as a novelty, but the description saying "enjoy your favorite [sic] movies and games with crisp, high-quality visuals" seems quite a stretch
I'd recommend spending a bit more and getting better resolution

You won't get a 1080p native for much less I don't think. One thing to note, they do have fan noise, the wireless connectivity will likely be pretty poor (plug a Chromecast into them - this is a very good value bundle including the Chromecast ultra https://store.google.com/gb/product/stadia_premiere_edition?hl=en-GB), and may benefit from a soundbar. They also won't be as bright or clear as professional quality ones, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a similarly priced one.
Again, can't personally recommend these and have only had a quick look, I'd read reviews and watch YouTube videos etc before buying
