The quality upon receiving was good.
I cannot comment on how the items have fared over time as the last 2 orders only arrived last week so not had time to test over a long period.

latro4949 thanks for this info. It says that the plug is EU and comes with converter. Does that mean that it’s 2 prong before converting? Thank you xx

I've just opened mine up to take a look and to clarify.
On the end of the curler itself it has 2 prongs. This sits inside the convertor plug that is supplied. You click the plug lid into place then secure with the screws on the plug. Hope this helps xx
