A cheap, plasticky add-on which can improve the gaming experience if the user is dissatisfied with the d-pad featured on the controller being used. I've not gotten around to ordering one of these but it definitely looks useful to stick it on a Left Nintendo Switch Joy-Con! 
The description says "for PS4 controllers only" but you can actually use it on any given that you can stick it properly (just apply it, no big deal).
