Next, you'll head to Kandy, discovering Dambulla Cave Temple's Buddha images and rock paintings, plus a spice garden and a batik factory en route. Spending a night in this stunning city surrounded by mountains, you'll take in the Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic – where the tooth relic of Buddha lies. The following morning, you’ll discover the Royal Botanical Garden, before heading to Tissamaharama.
While here, you'll take a thrilling safari game drive through Yala National Park to spot sloth bears, leopards, sambar deer and elephants. You might also launch off on another safari drive in Udawalawe National Park too, depending on how long you stay. It's then time to drive south to all-inclusive coastal chilling on Beruwala's Golden Mile beach, for a truly mellow end to your Sri Lankan stay.
