A pan is just fine - but this is probably more fun! It's on Salter's own website at £49.99 so possibly an even better bargain than expected, if of course you want an omelette maker

If it only had removable plates and would go into the dishwasher!!! Another greasy thing to wash up, I don’t think so
Mine arrived today and I've just tried it out. Cooks a great omelette and you then just wipe the plates clean - takes a matter of seconds.
