Be aware that many of the stated apps are not available for this including rakuten TV, now TV and so on. Samsung support is terrible.
IronGlaive Smart TVs are a gimmick.
I just use a 'normal' TV with an Android TV Box (I watch media via USB) and it's perfect. If I want to watch YouTube, I use my PS4.
There are other alternatives than an Android TV Box, like a Chromecast or an Amazon Fire Stick.
Android TV Box (£20+/-)
Chromecast (£20+/-)
Fire Stick (£30+/-)
PhilipMarc very true. I use Roku myself.
But this isn't even a TV (no terrestrial TV), it is just a monitor with apps. So overpriced if you consider needing to connect another device, as a standard monitor offers higher resolution/better refresh rate etc
IronGlaive yeah, and it's only 32" but for a monitor, that's a good size.
A bit odd 32" LED TVs these days cost about £180-200 when it should be a lot less considering it's quite a small screen compared to 42", 50", etc.
Photo from 2021 (although not mine).
Why the price isn't set this as the standard or less (£130), I guess there's demand and it boosts up the price.
Edit: This one has Chromecast built-in that's pretty awesome, actually.
